About the Role:
As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor (Daily Operations Manager), you’ll serve as a role model for store operations and lead each shift with enthusiasm and focus. Partnering with a team of baristas, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and expertly-crafted beverages while fostering a collaborative and uplifting team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a lasting impact on your store, team, and community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead each shift by deploying team members effectively, guiding them to success, and maintaining store standards.
• Motivate and inspire team members to create an exceptional Starbucks Experience for our customers.
• Maintain store safety and security while ensuring a positive and organized environment.
• Deliver quality food and beverage products consistently, following Starbucks recipes and guidelines.
• Handle cash management and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least six (6) months of customer service experience.
• At least six (6) months of experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Starbucks experience is highly desirable.
• Leadership experience in a management role is a strong advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to direct and motivate others.
• Quick learner with a willingness to grow and adapt.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Passion for building relationships and contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 22 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Logan, UT 84321 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Logan, UT 84321: Relocate before starting work (Required)
