Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with supervisors, coworkers, families, and residents
- Be flexible and accommodating with hours and resident needs
- Show excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Hold a current Food Handlers Permit
- Display a genuine love for the elderly and a kind, compassionate attitude
