Job Description:
The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Agile to support our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha Nebraska This position is contingent upon award of the STRATCOM Information Technology and Lifecycle Services (SCITLS) program. This position will help facilitate the adoption of Agile techniques and practices within the USSTRATCOM J6 located at Offutt AFB. A successful candidate will bring a strong background of leading Agile implementation efforts working with DoD, civilian, and contractor personnel at all levels of understanding and experience with Agile.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, maintain, and distribute System, Functional, and Domain Metamodels for use during all aspects and phases of capability and lifecycle engineering activities across the USSTRATCOM portfolio.
Develop and curate a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) in coordination with the government Architecture and Engineering team that covers the entire portfolio under the USSTRATCOM C4IT Directorate area of Responsibility.
The manage will be responsible for ensuring that standards and processes and maintained in accordance with DoD and USSTRATCOM policy, such as DoD Directive 5137.02, DoDI 5000.82, and SI 301-6 through all phases of architecture and engineering activities
Qualifications:
Required:
A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS of Computer Science or related degree program and 5 years of related experience
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Experience with change management and organizational transformation
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels
Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, Certified Agile Coach)
Desired:
Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x Advanced level.
Experience with Systems Architecture and MBSE, including developing system and interface diagrams following DoDAF or UAF.
Experience utilizing architecture tools such as SPARX EA or Cameo.
Experience with complex system of systems engineering practices.
