What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Security Engineer position at CACI?
The Opportunity:
As the Cyber Security Information Assurance System Architects and Engineer Level II you will be responsible for the Information Assurance Engineering program of Information Systems within the network environment. You will fill the role of Information System Security Engineer and perform a variety of security related tasks, including the development and implementation of system information security standards and procedures and ensure that information systems are functional and secure within the environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to Army Military Intelligence Cloud Computing Service Provider (AC2SP) Azure Cloud Service Provider (CSP Cyber Engineering workflow support.
Perform cybersecurity architecture and engineering subject matter expertise and hands-on configuration of associated security configurations for Azure cloud-based infrastructure to include components such as Entra ID, Sentinel, Log Analyzer, etc.
Responsible for developing documentation of configurations and security hardening implemented within the environment to inform associated Risk Management Framework (RMF) Body of Evidence (BoE) populated in the associated AC2SP Azure record in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS).
Will have demonstrated hands-on experience with cybersecurity engineering support within a Microsoft Azure environment to include Identity and Audit subsystem integration and should possess knowledge in how other Microsoft Server ecosystem components (i.e. Active Directory, WSUS, MECM, etc.) contribute to the overall security posture of hybrid cloud environments.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
BA/BS with 8-15 yrs experience or; Associates degree plus 4yrs experience to the base 8-15yrs requirement. Associate Degree plus 4yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree. No degree plus 6yrs experience to the base 8-15yrs requirement. 6yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
Microsoft Azure Cloud experience.
Extensive knowledge of the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and NIST RMF processes.
EMASS experience.
Must currently be DoD 8570 Compliant IAW IASAE Level II.
Operational experience in SIGINT· Understanding of Army baselines.
