Job Description:
The Opportunity:
The Zero Trust Cybersecurity Engineer will focus on designing and implementing network security solutions with an emphasis on Zero Trust Reference Architecture (ZTNA). This role involves developing comprehensive security strategies, conducting security assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and its associated commands.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement network security solutions focusing on Zero Trust Reference Architecture (ZTRA).
Analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
Communicate and present security concepts and recommendations effectively.
Design, implement, and advise on zero trust security strategies and architecture, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
Produce cybersecurity architectural artifacts and documentation.
Conduct Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
Utilize the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in security practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
7 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related role, focusing on delivering security solutions to clients.
ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Defensible Security Architecture (GDSA), or comparable IAT III /IAM III certification required prior to hire.
