In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
About the Role:
Responsible for providing database support to all functions of JNWC.
Develop protocols for data processing and handling in compliance with customer standards.
Analyze database systems involved in the planning, designing, evaluating, and execution of JNWC functions.
Monitor databases to ensure optimal storage and usability
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
3/5 yrs, 5/7 yrs and 7/9 yrs experience with classified databases or knowledge of DoD security regulations, policy and procedures
BA/BS in computer science, information technology or a related field
Relevant certification such as IBM Certified Database Administrator – DB2, Microsoft SQL Server database certification, Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL Database Administrator, or industry equivalent
Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
