The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative mid-level Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for Aviation ratings under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant

Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), support Live Government Reviews, and support the development of build On-Screen Lessons (OSL).

Responsibilities:

• Review Government Furnished Information.
• Support meetings with Subject Matt er Experts and ISDs.
• Research and gather missing content.
• Leverage sound instructional design practices, adult learning theories, and performance improvement processes using the ADDIE Instructional Design Model.
• Create and edit lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
• Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
• Use COTS tools to develop storyboards and courseware.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
• Knowledge of NAVEDTRA 130 series, NAVEDTRA 132 series, and NAVEDTRA 136.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Desired:

• Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
• Knowledge of the Navy ‘s Practical Applications of Learning Science (PALS).

Salary : $52,300 - $107,200
