Job Description:
CACI has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Logistics - Financial Management Analyst supporting the comptroller office on the USFFC-NFL Program located at COMNAVSURFLANT site in Norfolk, VA
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop analyzes and conducts operational research and audits which are reviewed by a higher level analyst prior to submission to management.
Ensuring OPTAR grants are sent to all activities under COMNAVSURFLANT
Ensuring that monthly financials are uploaded from each activity
Help with the distribution of the Differences Listings, Unmatched Disbursements (UMD)s, Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) and Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULOs) to all activities.
Full financial responsibility for multiple Destroyer, Cruser, and Amphibious vessels
Coordinate with CNSL ships on a daily/monthly basis
Utilize various systems (e.g. DCAS, One Touch, SABRS and CFMS) to research requisition/financial status
Quarterly Validation Review of Requisitions
Perform fiscal, accounting and financial management duties.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a current DoD SECRET clearance
Minimum Education: Shall posses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related Business discipline.
Minimum Experience: The Logistics Analyst shall have 3 years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of military logistics AIS's.
Education Equivalency: As a substitute for a bachelor’s degree, four years of experience in navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management and financial management.
Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
Must have a general working knowledge of Navy supply, MILSTRIP, and National stock Numbers.
Understanding of OPTAR funds and BOR messages.
