The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the US Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supporting national security and Air Force warfighters in the CENTCOM theater.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as project manager for IT projects, overseeing information systems and technology projects from inception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, track resources, and provide reports and briefings
• Coordinate IT contracts and manage acquisition of project resources
• Install, configure, and maintain project management software and web pages
• Research emerging IT/Cybersecurity technologies and provide strategic recommendations
• Provide training and support to personnel, including potential deployments (up to 25% travel)
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance
• BS in related field with 5 years' experience, or 7 years' relevant experience
• MS Project Server experience
• PMP® or equivalent certification
• DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (Security CE or equivalent)
• ITIL Foundation certification (to be obtained within 60 days of start)
Desired:
• Experience in DoD, Air Force, and local base environments
