What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Control Analyst -TS/SCI position at CACI?
Opportunity:
CACI has an urgent need for a mid-level Program Control Analyst to provide budget, financial, and administrative support to our mission critical government client in Fort Meade, MD. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking fiscal/budget plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting, contract and service administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with five years of human resources or project support experience; OR
- Associate degree in Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience
- Able to maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, procurement, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
- Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to Fort Meade, MD customer or other customers/affiliates.
- Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts
- Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements
- Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and facility maintenance personnel for purchases of equipment and supplies as related to customer’s requirements.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations
- Fluent in the English language (written/oral).
