We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using industry-standard backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. This role will also require working directly in a data center environment and providing essential support for file management, profile standards, and email organization. Working with the Data Center Services group on the Storage Service team. Onsite, Shift work Tuesday – Saturday from 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm EST. No Hybrid work available.
Key Responsibilities :
- File and Mailbox Restoration :
Assist in the restoration of files, user profiles, and mailboxes through backup applications like NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault.
Support daily data center operations, including facilitating tape movements and managing tasks related to data restores.
Provide assistance to customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization to ensure compliance with company protocols.
Demonstrate expertise in managing user profiles and permission structures to ensure proper access controls and security.
Handle resolution of technical issues and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA guidelines. Ensure that all tickets are addressed efficiently to meet performance and resolution benchmarks.

The proposed salary range for this position is :
