Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in customer information and payment details.
- Serve as a key point of contact, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email while gathering necessary information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in internal systems.
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Communicate valuable customer feedback to internal teams to enhance service and product offerings.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable customer support.
- Manage and track sales demonstrations and trade show equipment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
Experience with administrative recordkeeping and sales data management
Desired:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
