The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior End-User-Services Lead to oversee delivery of IT support and services to end users within USSTRATCOM. This position involves managing teams of IT professionals, ensuring optimal service delivery and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
The work location for this position is Omaha Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
End User Services Lead, Senior:
Responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of end-user device services for USSTRATCOM
Leads and manages a team of end-user device specialists
Plans, develops, deploys, implements, operates, maintains, monitors, and documents the USSTRATCOM IT infrastructure O&S program
Provides robust, reliable, efficient, and secure IT networks access and availability across all security levels
Develops, provides, and maintains a standard set of compatible computing systems and peripherals for use on the USSTRATCOM Enterprise networks through lifecycle replacement and disposal
Supports technical information papers, studies, technical reports, and briefings for projects, activities, or issues that may affect operations
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Plans and leads major technology assignments
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Top Secret with SCI Edibility
BA/BS 3 YRS
Required 8140 Cert: 411 - Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
Proven experience in IT support or management – particularly in a leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
