The Opportunity :
GILE is staffing a Senior Project Manager (Facilities) for Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities :
- Perform technical support for facility maintenance projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines
- Direct and supervise all facilities support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities
- Manage technical direction of a facilities project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives
- Assist in management of the program support services
- Manage a workforce consisting of Master Electrician, Master HVAC Technician, CADD Designer, and a General Maintenance Technician
- Optimize operating results in terms of cost, methods and personnel; implement quality assurance directives
- Assist in defining and implementing program schedules
