Job Description:
CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program/Project Operations professional who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Bethesda, MD helping manage the Carderock portion of a NAVSEA program. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is supporting Future Submarine Design efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the customer, the financial team, and engineering team to develop financial reports and create, track, assign, distribute and report status on actions from multiple projects and sources.
- Assemble disparate financial data.
- Responsible for classified inventory and maintaining classified files
- Administrative tasks to include note taking, summarizing tasks, letter writing, etc.
- Provide a weekly status report for task leads.
- Create and use templates to track technical and programmatic status of multiple projects.
- Create and distribute templates for Technical Project Documentation such as summaries, reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain.
- Experience working with and a familiarity with Security Classified Guides, NNPI, how to handle need-to-know documentation, access control, etc.
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields, and 7 years of experience in providing program analyst support.
- Above working level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products.
- Eager to learn, self-starter.
Desired:
- Secret clearance
- Experience with SIPR
- Proven ability to be able to cover the responsibilities of other people during leave, including higher level staff
- Experience working on a government or DoD site
- Graduate Degree in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields
- 10 years of experience providing program analyst support
