The Opportunity:
Join CACI's dynamic technical team in Albuquerque, NM as an IT Infrastructure/System Administrator. This exciting role offers the chance to work on diverse projects across the continental United States, applying your expertise to support critical IT infrastructure for DoD and federal agencies.
Responsibilities:
Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues
Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity • Implement and manage security measures for users and systems
Apply security patches and OS upgrades to ensure system integrity
Support new infrastructure projects and maintain configuration documentation
Design and develop new computer information systems
Assess and optimize hardware/software compatibility
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
Required:
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance
Willingness to travel within the continental United States
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience (5 years)
3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration
3-5 years of experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
Proficiency in MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Domain Name Services (DNS)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desired:
MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems
5 years of experience in computer information system design, development, and integration
VMware experience
