Job Description :
Manage Truist Marketing Eloqua instance including all related activities such as data flows, campaign configuration / testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and integrations with Truist.com, Salesforce, and Truist opt-out management system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring.
- Setup and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and Truist data sources, Truist.com, Salesforce, and Truist opt-out management system.
- Develop and fine-tune lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behavior and demographics.
- Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permissions, data fields, and API integrations.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua.
- Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practices and system functionality.
- Develop and manage Eloqua forms and landing pages.
