Fabricator Welder:

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Material Preparation: Cut, shape, and smooth metal and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and machines.
- Welding Operations: Perform welding using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Sanitary Welding: Perform welding tasks on sanitary piping and equipment, ensuring welds are clean, smooth, and free from contaminants.
- Assembly: Assemble fabricated parts to create finished products, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
- Pipe Valves and Fitting: Work on all pipe, valve, and fittings repairs or new installs.
- Inspection: Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintenance: Maintain and repair welding and fabrication equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

- Installation: Install new pump systems, valves clusters and ensure they are set up according to manufacturer specifications.
- Testing: Test and adjust pump systems, valves to meet specific pressure and flow requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and rebuilds.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance and repair activities.
