Position Overview:
As a Babysitter/Nanny with Cactus Club Subs, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to children in their home environments. Whether it’s offering backup care for children who cannot attend school, providing childcare for date nights, or fulfilling other babysitting needs, you will be a valued part of the families you serve. This is a part-time, independent contractor position that allows you to accept jobs that fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality Care: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, attending to their emotional and physical needs.
- Plan Activities: Engage children in age-appropriate activities, crafts, and games that promote learning and development.
- Maintain Open Communication: Foster trusting relationships with families by communicating regularly about children’s needs, activities, and any concerns.
- Adaptability: Respond to the specific needs of each family, whether it’s adjusting to different routines, dietary requirements, or special considerations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 6 months of previous experience in childcare or babysitting required.
- Completion of background checks and drug screens are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to provide exceptional care in varying environments.
- A confident, positive demeanor with a dedication to nurturing and service-oriented work ethic.
