Position Overview:
As a Substitute Teacher with Cactus Club Subs, you will play a crucial role in maintaining classroom continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience for children when their regular teachers are unavailable. You will quickly adapt to various educational environments and provide dedicated support that aligns with each center's curriculum and values. This is a part-time, independent contractor position that allows you to accept shifts when they work in your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Learning Environments: Step into diverse classrooms, engage with students, and provide guidance in the absence of the regular teacher.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required), with a degree or certificate in early childhood education or related field preferred.

Minimum 6 months previous experience working in childcare settings is required.

Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, and completion of background checks and drug screens are mandatory.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
