Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Safeguard company assets and oversee Casino Services operations (payroll, cost control, scheduling, compliance).
- Maintain guest service standards and confidentiality.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage company funds and ensure positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Schedule staff based on demand.
- Oversee credit and collection functions.
- Maintain personal integrity and professional appearance.
- Perform duties across Casino Services as needed.
- Provide leadership and positive counseling to team members.
- Contribute to team and department development.
- Implement and maintain knowledge of internal controls and federal reporting laws.

Requirements:
Experience
- Prior cash handling experience required.
- Prior computer experience required.
- Experience with POS, data entry, Microsoft Programs, Windows, and internet preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of casino experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year in the casino Cage, Casino Services, or Player’s Club.
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a similar area preferred.
Skills
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
