The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Installs, troubleshoots, tests and maintains electronic components, sub-systems and systems required for efficient and continuous conduct of casino operations.
- Inspects and tests assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and makes recommendation for correction.
- Utilize resources available to research and troubleshoot unforeseen issues that may arise.
- Makes required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned to maintain maximum efficiency.
- Performs preventative maintenance to slot machines on the floor or in the slot shop & all of their associated components.
- Assists with the monthly count of the parts inventory and request orders at the appropriate impress levels.
- Must be detailed oriented and take pride in your work areas including the slot shops and the casino floor.
- Must be self-motivating and able to maintain and prioritize workflow with minimal direction from team leaders.
- Observes all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reports any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety committee members.
- Assist Guests with their requests to assure maximum gaming satisfaction.
- Leads the tech team as a project coordinator and coaching partner.
- Assists in the technical training of the slot service specialist, Slot Tech I’s and Slot Tech II’s.
- Performs as a backup to the bench tech, making repairs to circuit boards.
- Use a Huntron scanner for diagnostic purposes.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior slot performance experience required.
- Prior experience with leading teams in project management specific to Slot Performance, task delegation, and shift reports.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of tools of the trade including hand power and machine equipment testing devices and instruments as applicable.
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuitry, trouble shooting and electronic soldering skills preferred.
- Must be computer literate at a moderate to advanced level.
- Must be able to efficiently solder, both surface mount and through hole.
- Must know electronic circuitry and be able to read electrical schematics.
- Experience in installation, maintenance and repair of electronics preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
