Position Overview:
A Project Manager at CAD Construction Inc, is responsible for the financial, technical, and operational success of multiple projects. The Project Manager oversees all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to policies and client expectations. The Project Manager leads the project team, manages resources, and drives performance to meet the project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
· Preconstruction: Actively participate in preconstruction, including developing the project schedule, logistics planning, and defining scopes.
· Oversee the development and updating of the CPM Project Schedule with the Project Superintendent and other team members.
Document Control
· Document Management: Oversee the management of project documents to ensure timely approvals and accurate records, including submittals, RFIs, ASIs, meeting minutes, daily reports, and photo documentation.
Financial Management
· Change Orders: Lead the change order process, ensuring timely approval from owners.
· Pay Applications: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of pay applications to the client, ensuring timely payments to maintain positive cash flow.
Project Closeout
· Project Closeout: Lead the project team through a quick and efficient closeout process, ensuring all fieldwork is completed (including punch list items) and administrative tasks are finished within 30 days of substantial completion.
Education: 4-year degree preferred in construction related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience managing large-scale or commercial projects.
Skills:
· Proficient with software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
· Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage teams.
· Ability to oversee the technical and operational aspects of a project and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
