Industrial Machinery Maintenance Specialist - Based in North Vernon, IN.
Join us for an 18-month specialized contract role where your skills in maintaining and repairing vital production equipment will shine. Compensation is set between $30.00 and $34.00 per hour, with possible shift premiums.

Role Overview:
- Be the backbone of production operations, ensuring seamless functionality of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including CNC mills, conveyors, automation systems, and robots.
- Deploy analytical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, employing comprehensive troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Capably utilize mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints to perform duties.
- Assist in part research and procurement when necessary.
- Execute proactive maintenance strategies aligned with work orders to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Cultivate a spotless and safe working environment through adherence to established procedures and regulations.
Key Competencies:
- Advanced communication skills in both written and oral formats.
- Proficient understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic technologies.
- Skills in driving and operating various types of lifts and articulated equipment.
- Proven track record with standard maintenance tools and cutting-edge equipment.
Experience & Expertise:
- Background in Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens systems is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of CNC exposure coupled with a 2-3 year history in the maintenance domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting techniques.
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
