Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Utilize equipment such as cherry pickers, cranes, and forklifts for order picking and material handling.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Fabricate or assemble products as needed according to specifications.
Skills
- Proficient in inventory management techniques and systems.
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to operate cherry pickers, cranes, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety.
- Excellent order fulfillment skills with attention to detail in order picking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
