Job Title – Estimator I
Location – Montgomery, AL
Resumes will be reviewed continually.

What You Will Do
- Reads and interprets contract documents relating to the assigned specific divisions
- Prepared accurate quantity surveys.
- Reviews estimate/sub quote files to gain information for current bids.
- Solicits subcontractor/vendor pricing information.
- Prepares spreadsheets and coordinates with estimating bid team members for bid day.
- Logs and files bid documentation after bid day for estimate/sub quote file.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Working Conditions – Full time, office setting, occasional travel required
- Reporting Structure – Estimator II, Chief Estimator, Senior Estimator

Education / Experience -
- Minimum high school diploma/GED and two years’ experience construction management experience required.
- Four-year degree in building science, construction management or engineering and two to five years construction management experience preferred.
- Current clearance, or the ability to obtain a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
While the salary range is typically between $49,100 - $73,600 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
