CADDIE MASTER is hiring for a full-time and part-time Golf Caddie in Driftwood, TX.

We're hiring Golf Caddies for Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, - located in Driftwood, Texas, between Dripping Springs and Buda, about 25 minutes south of downtown Austin, Texas!

Join our team as a Golf Caddie while you enjoy the beautiful hill country as well as elevating the member / guest experience to a world class level. As a Golf Caddie, you will support us in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring seamless course management.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-service centric, and knowledgeable on the basics of golf. Based on availability, compensation is approximately can be $800 per week and ideally, you will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work full days, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
  • Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each.
  • Provide course knowledge, calculate yardage, and assist golfers with decisions.
  • Locate errant shots for Golfers.
  • Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls as the Golf Caddie.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Have general golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another Golfer. Professional golf experience / expertise is not required.
  • Be physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day.
  • Be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
  • Candidates may also be considered if they have any of the following previous experience : Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.

The 18-hole, Fazio designed course is painted through the hill country landscape and when combined with the level of customer service synonymous with DLC the golfer easily can achieve a once in a lifetime experience.
