We are launching a new bulletproof vest factory in Florida and are seekin an Industrial Sewing and Sealing Specialist to join our team. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality protective gear, working with advanced materials like Kevlar. If you have experience with industrial sewing machines and ultrasonic sealing equipment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate Industrial sewing machines (Juki, Brother, or similar) to assemble bulletproof vests.
- Perform sealing processes (ultrasonic) to ensure product durability and strenght.
- Inspect materials and finished products to meet stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in industrial sewing, preferably with technical textiles.
- Knowledge of sealing machines (ultrasonic, thermal, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work precisely with materials like Kevlar.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Availability to work in Orlando, Florida. Monday through Friday.
