Roof Field Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in roof installation and repair, with a strong emphasis on hands-on work. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. The Repair Technician will work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, utilizing their expertise to restore and enhance structures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair structural issues in buildings, including roofs and walls.
• Fabricate sheet metal products
• Restore damaged areas by repairing or replacing materials as needed.
• Utilize hand tools effectively to complete various repair tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Oversee new roof installations
• Document all activities using the technology implemented by the company.

Skills

• Proficiency in all roofing systems and practices.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods.
• Familiarity with basic exterior construction
• Ability to restore damaged structures effectively.
• Strong fabrication skills for custom solutions in remodeling projects.
• Proficient use of hand tools required for construction and repair tasks.
• Be able to navigate on a computer, tablet, and smartphone as needed for company tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
