The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed Events Lead to own and elevate corporate event programs for our clients. This is a senior-level, client-facing role for someone who’s as comfortable creating high-level strategy as they are in the nitty-gritty of flawless execution. Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Client Leadership
- Develop event strategies that drive business and marketing goals
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for client event workstreams
- Align event strategy with KPIs, budgets, timelines, and messaging goals
- Lead planning across all phases: pre-event strategy, execution, and post-event ROI review
Execution & Oversight
- Manage and inspire internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver seamless events
- Oversee production for in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences—ranging from intimate briefings to large-scale conferences
- Stay focused on experience and outcomes—quality, consistency, and connection are everything
Client Impact & Reporting
- Deliver polished post-event reports and performance insights
- Recommend ways to optimize or scale future events
- Ensure we exceed expectations—on budget, on message, and on brand
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior team members and help build scalable processes
- Partner with our creative, content, and digital teams to deliver integrated experiences
- Lead by example—set the tone for quality, communication, and accountability
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in event marketing or corporate event strategy (agency or consultancy experience a plus)
- Proven track record of leading client-facing projects and executive-level communication
- Obsessed with detail and timelines. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how events support business growth
- Skilled in project management, vendor negotiation, and client communications
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle area preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.;
