Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Provide care and support for children with special needs or disabilities as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
Experience
- Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies is essential.
- Experience working with students with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is necessary to create effective learning experiences.
- First aid certification is desirable to ensure the safety of all children in the classroom.
- A background in educating young children will be highly regarded.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
