Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with caregiver and med-tech scheduling and resident assignments
- Coordinate admissions with assistant administrators
- Supervise medication room operations and orders
- Complete family/resident admission interviews
- Coordinate care planning with home health agencies
- Function as a liaison with families to address special needs/requests/complaints
Required Qualifications:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA/HCA/Med Tech/Medication Administration License, per State regulations
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
