As a Resident Services Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with caregiver and med-tech scheduling and resident assignments, working within department allowances.
- Coordinating admissions with assistant administrators, including supervising move-ins.
- Assisting with supervision of the medication room and orders, working with Medication Aides and Caregivers.
- Completing family/resident admission interviews.
- Coordinating care planning with home health agencies on-site, working within community policy.
- Serving as a liaison with families to ensure special needs/requests/complaints are addressed.
To be considered for this role, please note the following qualifications:
- A positive team player attitude and love working with people.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A Current CNA/HCA/Med Tech/Medication Administration License, per State regulations.
- A Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
