Responsibilities:
- Support the Health and Wellness Director in scheduling and managing staff
- Coordinate admissions and supervise move-ins
- Assist with medication room operations and orders
- Conduct family/resident admission interviews
- Coordinate care planning with home health agencies
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA/HCA/Med Tech/Medication Administration License, per State regulations
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
