Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to
prevent other duties from being assigned)
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts via electronic queues
- Accurately and concisely communicate with the branches on issues if a document has errors
- Accurately and concisely update tracking system to correspond with forms
- Perform maintenance when needed to correspond with form
- Review reports to assure documentation and procedures are within guidelines
- Provide support for other areas of the department as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Outstanding communication skills
- Close attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
- Must be a self starter and excel at time management
- Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information
- Knowledge of NetTrax recommended
- Travel to Tupelo MS for training is required
