Cadence Care Network, a local non-profit foster care and behavioral health agency, has an immediate opening for a Care Coordination Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of potential new Care Coordinators
- Formal and informal ongoing training of assigned staff.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly goals for staff and program.
- Conduct evaluations and develop growth plans for assigned staff for continued professional development.
- Provide weekly supervision with assigned staff, including facilitating weekly staff meetings.
- Oversee the development and implementation of all Plans of Care for clients and their families.
- Complete all other tasks as required by job description.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ supervisory experience is preferred in children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related sector human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.
- Possess a State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Therapist Board license.
- Master's degree

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
