Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality mental health services for special projects including Coffeehouse Job Coach, Behavioral Health Wellness Coach, and art therapists. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for supporting both clients and staff in a therapeutic environment. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:
· Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff regarding treatment issues relevant to clients in care.
· Conduct annual employee performance evaluations, monitor daily schedule and weekly work tasks of assigned staff, approval of time off and other administrative tasks.
· Ensure seamless service delivery to clients across internal departments and external service providers.
· Provide ongoing training to staff, including but not limited to relevant programming needs, clinical assessments, documentation, practices, and procedures.
· Review and oversee ongoing documentation and the implementation of BHSP’s as required by Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services rules and Cadence Care Network policy.
· Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programs in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer/Assigned director.
· Assist with data collection, data reporting and analysis of data, outcomes, trends, etc., for program integrity and development. Through data collection and interpretation, assist with program evaluation and ongoing needs. Utilize satisfaction surveys to continue assessment of client/caregiver/family needs to better support programming.
· Assist in the marketing of assigned programs.
· Provide individual, group counseling, behavior support services and crisis intervention as needed.
· Participate in and schedule treatment team meetings as necessary.
· Provide communication to internal and external providers about programming needs and outcomes. This will be done in assigned meetings, leadership and staff meetings and participation in community system of care meetings.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a closely related field.
· Currently licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a LPCC-S, LISW-S or Licensed Psychologist.
· Clinical experience in the area of mental health and development and family dynamics.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
