School Social Worker - Ashtabula, OH
Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a School Social Worker to provide school districts in Jefferson, OH with early mental health identification and treatment services.
The ideal candidate for this School Based Therapist position possesses:
- The desire and ability to work with youth/students within the school and community setting to identify youth in need of addiction and mental health services.
- The desire and ability to help identify barriers to school attendance and academic success and
- The desire and ability to facilitate coordination to community resources.
Requirements for the School Based Therapist position:
- Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work or counseling or be enrolled in a master's program.
- The candidate must be licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience, licensure, education, and performance.
We are currently offering a $4000 sign on bonus with a one-year commitment with extra performance-based offerings throughout the year.
