ALL AMERICAN Field House is looking for one operations manager to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Experience in Sports Facility Management at a large facility is required.

*Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed *Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action *Oversee clean team and maintenance. *Be onsite for major events and tournaments. Ability to work evenings and weekends. *Ensure business quality standards are met *Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency
