This is an exciting new opportunity for a Business System Analyst at Cadence : Cadence IT is looking for an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong track record of delivering scalable application solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of sales and support business processes, expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud capabilities, and the ability to analyze business needs while collaborating with customers and technical teams to develop effective solutions utilizing the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities : Conduct dynamic and engaging requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across various business groups, guiding users toward out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions and industry best practices.Work closely with business users to analyze their needs, identify areas for improvement, and translate high-level information into detailed requirements, ensuring consideration of cross-functional dependencies.Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure that business requirements are implemented and validated according to documented specifications.Maintain and update functional specifications documentation, including use cases, and support system testing and deployment.Stay informed on Salesforce Service Cloud upgrades and industry trends, recommending new features and best practices to enhance efficiency while maximizing native functionality.Design and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Qualifications : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and / or Service Cloud.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud features and capabilities.Proficiency in creating process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.Proven ability to build consensus among cross-functional business stakeholders at different levels of the organization and deliver scalable technology solutions.Expertise in managing critical customer conversations, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and skill development.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related technology field.Salesforce certification is a plus. Location : San Jose, California Compensation and Benefits : The annual salary range for this position in California is $109,000 to $202,000, with eligibility for incentive compensation, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.
