Director of Brand and Creative Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Brand and Creative will elevate the Cadence Education brands through exceptional design, storytelling, and visual communication. The Director of Brand and Creative is responsible for leading the development and execution of all visual assets, including videos, logos, infographics, custom graphics, email templates and social media ads to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The Director of Brand and Creative will also oversee the rebranding of acquired schools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education or equivalency :
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience :
Must have minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible marketing or creative experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Requires prior supervisory / management experience, preferably within corporate educational setting.
