Company Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Grant Analysis (40%)
- Assist Senior Director of Grants and Government Affairs in executing grants strategy
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities from federal, state, and private sources
- Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Work with accounting partners to monitor grant budgets, financial reports, and expenditure tracking
- Maintain records of grant proposals, award notifications, and reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure grant-funded projects align with organizational goals
Paralegal Assistant (50%)
- Assist General Counsel and Paralegal with case preparation, document management, and case tracking.
- Create contract digests
- Create, review, proofread, and edit legal reports.
- Assist Safety, Licensing, and Compliance with administrative tasks associated with licensing and compliance, including applications, findings tracking, and reporting
Other Project Assistance (10%)
- Assist with Safety, Health, Compliance, Legal, or Operational projects as needed and assigned.
