Preschool Lead Teacher Qualifications
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare required
- Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preschool Lead Teacher Job Responsibilities:
As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will embrace the Cadence Education philosophy and collaborate with a dynamic team to create a nurturing learning environment for all children. You will document and share important milestones with parents, work with fellow teachers to implement engaging curriculum, and foster children's interests and safety. Enhance play experiences, model social behavior, and contribute to planning diverse daily activities.
