- Develops and maintains comprehensive system documentation, including business, system, and functional requirements, process flows, status reports, and configuration worksheets.
- Identifies issues and explores solutions through testing and collaboration with colleagues.
- Demonstrates knowledge of project management phases and agile methodologies.
- Collaborates with peers to enhance project timelines, configure system coverage and rates, and ensure accurate form mappings.
- Supports the implementation of upcoming technical systems (e.g., CRM and ERP updates).
- Monitors project progress and performance through team dashboards (DevOps).
- Conducts data entry audits, ensuring accuracy and minimizing risk.
- Designs and delivers cross-departmental training, including in-person sessions and documentation for program and coverage updates.
- Ensures timely completion of all projects.
- Engages in cross-functional teams to identify, measure, and refine process improvements that support business goals.
- Assists the Processing Department in updating agent and dealer details and program information.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need for success:
- Advanced Excel Skills – Accounting Formulas, such as VLOOKUP. Filtering and sorting, conditional formatting, shortcut keys. Experience with Excel macros is a plus.
- Experience and familiarity working within Data Management Software - general navigation, dashboards and reports, general data extraction.
- Experience and Familiarity using task/project management software such as CRM or DevOps is preferred
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain ideas and information to various audiences.
- Thoughtful problem-solving skills, good judgement, adaptability, and the drive to find solutions independently and with a team.
- Ability to prioritize work and drive decisions independently.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but on the job equivalent experience is satisfactory.
