We are seeking a Front-End Developer to play a key role in designing and developing our web-based platforms. This role involves creating seamless, high-performance, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the digital experience for our customers and internal teams. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to build scalable front-end solutions that align with InnoFi’s vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Build dynamic and reusable components using modern front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular, React, Svelte, etc.).
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework (Vue, Angular, React, Svelte, etc.).
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end state management solutions.
- Ability to write well-structured, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Experience working in fintech, lending, or auto finance.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or similar.
