As a Server, you will be responsible for taking food orders, summarizing, and writing tickets accurately and promptly. You will also ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile. Additionally, you will maintain a clean dining and service area for all, help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable), and reset tables for the next meal service.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive team player mentality, and a passion for serving seniors. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is highly desirable.
