Job Overview
In the On-Site Project Manager role, you will be responsible for secretarial duties, the overall operation of general office duties and analysis. All OSPM’s are a liaison for Cadence of Acadiana, Inc. with state representatives, families served, and the community.
Duties
This role is responsible for performing Office Manager/Admin related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Director, Director & Executive Director.
- Medicaid monthly billing (Electronic and I/T) which includes: processing remittance advice monthly, interpreting all reports from the LASRS/BILL STAT & Convansys programs, meeting all deadlines, being able to process and print all reports needed by the supervisors and support coordinators, keeping track of participants served we have billed and ones paid or denied, making sure you follow up on the denials. Pas should be checked and researched for all participants.
- Maintain all referrals which includes: date stamping all referrals received whether they are sent to our office by email, putting the required information in the correct binder, meeting with the supervisors to assign the case, putting the required information in the LASRS, labeling a file folder for the support coordinator, maintaining the Waiver Packet, must be taken prior to the deadline set by your local Waiver Office, the Waiver packet must be emailed daily
- Responsible for identifying and helping remediate any personnel or regional issues
- Maintain all personnel files by completing the new hire packets, new hire files, set up the new hire with the IT department, and maintain training logs.
- Maintain all files needed for monitoring
- Processing supply orders as needed, maintaining supplies in the office, and process mail daily
- Answering the phone in a timely manner, routing calls, and greeting the public in a professional manner
- Should be proficient in computer programs such as: Microsoft Office Suites and Social Media sites.
- Any other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or related field
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
