Job Responsibilities
- Realtor Recruitment and Outreach
- Identify and connect with realtors to introduce them to our title services.
- Cold call and follow up with potential realtor partners.
- Attend real estate networking events, industry meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with real estate professionals.
- Social Media and Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Post regularly and interact with followers to increase brand awareness.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new business.
- Networking and Community Engagement
- Represent the company at events, open houses, and industry gatherings.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to cold call and confidently engage with realtors.
- Social media savvy with experience creating and posting content.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and warm calling strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals in B2B sales environments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology to effectively communicate product benefits.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated sales skills, particularly in B2B and inside sales
- Proficient in negotiation and telemarketing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Experience in business development and outbound/warm calling
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales
