Position Summary
You’ll be the on‑site face of our Seattle short‑term rental portfolio. From personally welcoming guests to making sure every home is spotless and well‑stocked, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and ensure each stay feels exceptional.
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Experience – Greet arriving guests for key hand‑offs, provide a quick home orientation, and answer arrival questions.
- Unit Inspections & Maintenance – Perform pre‑arrival and post‑departure walkthroughs; identify cleaning or maintenance issues and log work orders.
- On‑Call Support – Be available by phone three evenings per week (6 p.m.–9 p.m.) to troubleshoot urgent guest or property concerns.
- Contractor Coordination – Schedule and oversee cleaners, handypeople, and other vendors to resolve issues promptly and correctly.
- Inventory Management – Conduct regular inventory checks of linens, kitchenware, and consumables; reorder and restock as needed.
Schedule
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
- On‑call stipend provided for evening coverage.
- Weekend availability expected; exact schedule negotiable.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, facilities, or property operations.
- Proficiency with mobile apps for messaging, task tracking, and photo documentation.
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation within the Seattle metro area.
Preferred
- Prior experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or other short‑term rental platforms.
- Basic handyman skills or familiarity with residential building systems.
