Overview:
Cadi Company is an established manufacturer and distributor of metals located in Naugatuck, CT who is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist who can speak English and Spanish. You will be quoting and processing orders for metals. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist you would be responsible for quoting, processing orders, following up and assisting customers with any questions. What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for responding to client sales and support inquiries, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, processing orders, and creating quotations. Interaction with clients will primarily be via email and phone
- Provide accurate order entry, customer account maintenance, pricing, inventory availability
- Support customer questions and provide additional information as requested
- Provide customers with order status, requested documents, shipping dates and tracking
- Interact with operations, outside sales, and other departments
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Manufacturing experience- desired
- Experience with metals - desired
- High school diploma required with college experience a plus
- Spanish speaking/reading/writing skills to interact with accounts
- Attention to detail, along with good math skills
- Strong computer skills or knowledge of Microsoft office products, other software programs and office equipment
